TERMS OF SERVICE
COMMISSIONING PROCESS
FOR SKETCHES (INCLUDING COLORED)
The artist, RENSIQN, must accept the commission and will then request payment. Full payment must be sent upfront via invoice through PayPal or Venmo before the artist starts the sketching process. The artist will notify you, the customer, when the sketching process has started, therefore, the customer loses rights to refunds. No refunds unless the artist has not started the first sketch yet. The artist will send a rough sketch and a final, cleaned sketch. One revision is allowed before the final sketch is complete. All products will be sent digitally to the customer.FOR FULL RENDERS ONLY
The artist, RENSIQN, must accept the commission before payment and will then request payment. Revisions can be requested during the sketching phase. Small revisions only are allowed afterwards. No refunds unless the artist has not started the first sketch yet. All products will be sent digitally to the customer.REVISIONS
The artist allows the following revisions:
– 1 revision for sketches and colored sketches during the rough sketch phase. The customer will approve the sketch and will be notified when the sketching process is over.
– Multiple revisions for full renders as long as the sketching process is not over. After the sketching process, only minor revisions can be made. The customer will approve the sketch and will be notified when the sketching process is over.
– Any substantial revisions after the sketching process has ended will result in additional fees depending on how complex the revision.
USER RIGHTS
NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE
Any artwork that has been commissioned may be used for personal use only. Any reproduction or altercations of the artist's work is not permitted (including but not excluded to NFTS, blockchains, merchandise, resale, and other monetary/commercial purposes).POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA
The artist, RENSIQN, has copyrights to all commissioned artwork. The customer may not claim any commissioned artwork as theirs. Sketches, mockups, and the final product may be posted on social media by the artist. The artist may add a non-removable watermark on the commissioned artwork. The final product may be posted by you, the customer. The customer may not post any sketches or progress images. When posting the commissioned artwork online, the customer must credit the artist by linking the artist's Twitter or Instagram @rensiqn. By commissioning the artist, you acknowledge that the artist may use commissioned artwork for future works.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
PRICES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE
All commission prices are baseline. Add-ons may be added at $5 each. Prices may increase if character design is complex or no reference is provided. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice.NO REFUNDS
Unless the artist has not noticed the customer that the sketching process has started, no refunds are allowed. If the artist is unable to start or finish a commission, you will receive a full refund. Do not request a PayPal/Venmo chargeback for refunds. The artist will transfer any refunds back through PayPal/Venmo. If the customer requests a chargeback, the artist receives all rights to the commissioned piece and the chargeback will be declined. The conversations between the artist and the customer, as well as the Terms of Service can be used as evidence to refute the chargeback.

The artist can draw fanart, original characters, family, friends, and more.WHAT IS CONSIDERED AN ADD-ON?
Jewelry, complex backgrounds, props, weapons, accessories, and plants are considered add-ons. If there is an add-on you would like to add but is not listed, please contact the artist for further information.WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COMMISSIONED PIECE?
One character is included for sketches, colored sketches, and full renders. A simple, colored background will be included to colored sketches and full renders. Complex backgrounds will be considered as an add-on, and will be an additional cost, based on how complex the requested background is.CAN THE CUSTOMER REQUEST FOR A COMMISSION TO BE RUSHED?
If the customer wants the commission completed earlier, the customer must notify the artist. There will be a 30% additional fee for rushed commissions. If the customer is not responsive, the artist will be unable to complete the commission in a timely fashion.WHEN WILL THE ARTIST START DRAWING MY COMMISSSION?
The artist will start the commission after the first payment is made. Expect the first draft within 5 days after the artist accepts the commission and has received full payment. Commissions will be prioritized based on a first come first serve basis. If the customer requests for prioritization, a $20 fee will be added.WHEN WILL THE ARTIST SEND IN THE FIRST DRAFT?
The customer can expect to receive the first draft within two days after they have been notified that the sketching process has started.HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A COMMISSION?
Expect the final product to arrive digitally within 2-3 weeks after the artist accepts the commission and the artist has received full payment. If the commission has not been completed after 3 weeks, the customer may request a refund.
EXCEPTIONS: If the customer does not comply by responding to the artist in a timely manner (within 24 hours) of the artist's messages/interactions, the arrival of the final product may be delayed. The customer may not request for a refund if the customer has not complied by responding within the given timeframe even after 3 weeks.WHAT ARE THE SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE?
– One single rough sketch and one cleaned draft is provided for sketches and colored sketches.
– Sketches, mock-ups, and the final commissioned piece are included for full renders.
– Full resolution file will be sent through email (approximately 4000 x 4000px, 300 DPI, PNG, may change based on commissioned subject)WHAT SPECIFIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHARACTER SHOULD THE CUSTOMER ADD?
Specific clothing, hairstyle, pose, personality, colors, and other distinct traits should be provided in order for an accurate portrayal. If the customer wants the character in a specific attire, please provide reference photos. The artist may ask for different reference photos if the current reference photos are unsatisfactory. The artist may ask for reference photos and other information if none is provided.HOW DO I ORDER?
